WEDGE CORPORATION announced on the evening of January 15th that the company plans to sign a "Cooperation Agreement on the Establishment of an Industrial Merger and Acquisition Fund" with Qingdao Honghua Private Fund Management Co., Ltd., to jointly invest in the establishment of an industrial merger and acquisition fund. The total subscribed capital of the merger and acquisition fund is 1 billion yuan, of which the company will subscribe 500 million yuan as a limited partner, accounting for 50% of the total subscribed capital of the partnership. The fund's investment strategy focuses on growth-stage investments, mergers or restructuring of listed companies, primarily investing in the two-machine industry chain direction, with an emphasis on technology innovation enterprises and technology achievement transformation projects that have integration and merger potential
