According to the Zhitong Finance APP, AIM (300446.SZ) announced that its shareholder National Adjustment Phase II Collaborative Development Fund Co., Ltd. (referred to as "National Adjustment Phase II") has cumulatively reduced its holdings by 8.4539 million shares, accounting for 0.99998% of the total share capital. The reduction plan will expire on January 14, 2025
