NJGK announced that from October to December 2024, the company's real estate business achieved a contracted sales area of 14,200 square meters, an increase of 189.80% year-on-year; achieved a rights contracted sales area of 13,800 square meters, an increase of 360.00% year-on-year; achieved a contracted sales amount of 422 million yuan, an increase of 103.56% year-on-year; achieved a rights contracted sales amount of 407 million yuan, an increase of 263.12% year-on-year. From January to December 2024, the company's real estate business achieved a contracted sales area of 18,700 square meters, a decrease of 92.66% year-on-year; achieved a rights contracted sales area of 16,900 square meters, a decrease of 91.81% year-on-year; achieved a contracted sales amount of 620 million yuan, a decrease of 67.59% year-on-year; achieved a rights contracted sales amount of 546 million yuan, a decrease of 65.66%
