# GHMC plans to repurchase company shares for between 50 million and 100 million yuan

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, GHMC (000523.SZ) plans to use its own funds to repurchase a portion of its publicly held shares through centralized bidding, aimed at maintaining the company's value and protecting shareholder rights. The repurchase amount will not be less than RMB 50 million (inclusive) and not exceed RMB 100 million (inclusive), with a repurchase price not exceeding RMB 3.68 per share (inclusive). The repurchase period will not exceed 3 months from the date the company's board of directors approves this repurchase plan
