# Oriental Semi: Plans to acquire 54.55% equity in Dianzheng Technology for a consideration of 0, Dianzheng Technology will become a controlling subsidiary of the company

On January 17th, Oriental Semi announced that the company intends to acquire 54.55% equity of Dianzheng Technology held by Ridge-Semiconductor Limited and Suzhou Yinghe Enterprise Management Partnership at zero consideration, and undertake the obligation of paid-in capital contribution. Upon completion of this transaction, the company will directly hold 54.55% equity of Dianzheng Technology, which will become a subsidiary of the company and be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. Dianzheng Technology is a technology enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales, focusing on the R&D, production, and sales of power supplies for computing servers and new energy power modules, aiming to enter the global automotive, industrial, and power grid application markets through power module products such as IGBT, SiC, and SJ FET. Currently, Dianzheng Technology is in its early establishment phase, and its products have not yet officially entered production
