Jin Shi Data reported on January 17th that GUANGXI RADIO AND TELEVISION announced that on January 17, 2025, it received a "Notice Letter" from its controlling shareholder, Beitou Group. Beitou Group intends to swap its holdings of no less than 51% equity in Jiaoke Group with the company's 100% equity in Guangdian Technology. The transaction price for the assets being swapped in and out is expected to have no difference, does not involve issuing shares to purchase assets, and does not involve cash payment
