# DFP's controlling shareholder is planning to transfer shares, which may lead to a change in control. Trading will be suspended on January 20

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DFP (601515.SH) announced that on January 17, 2025, it received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Hong Kong Dongfeng Investment Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hong Kong Dongfeng Investment"), that Hong Kong Dongfeng Investment is planning to transfer its shares in the company, which may lead to a change in the company's control. The company's stock and convertible bonds will be suspended from trading starting January 20, 2025 (Monday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 2 trading days
