# DOOK's specific shareholder plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.80%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DOOK (301025.SZ) announced that it recently received a notice from Ningbo Dook Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("Dook Enterprise") regarding its plan to reduce its shareholding in the company. Dook Enterprise holds 4.11% of the company's shares and plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 11,208,700 shares through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the disclosure of this announcement, accounting for no more than 2.80% of the company's total share capital
