According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Kaytune (301001.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shanghai Chunrong Investment Center (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Chunrong Investment") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.6 million shares (i.e., no more than 2% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading from February 19, 2025, to May 18, 2025
