# JIANGSU DAGANG issued a profit warning, with a net profit of 21 million to 27 million yuan for the year 2024, a decrease of 69.45% to 76.24%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JIANGSU DAGANG (002077.SZ) released its performance forecast for 2024, expecting a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company to be between 21 million and 27 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 69.45% to 76.24%.

The significant change in net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company during the reporting period is due to large non-recurring gains from the previous year. In 2023, Suzhou Keyang Semiconductor Co., Ltd. ("Suzhou Keyang") changed from a subsidiary controlled by the company to an associated company, and the company remeasured its long-term equity investment in Suzhou Keyang at fair value, which increased the net profit for the same period last year by 76.9633 million yuan, classified as non-recurring gains and losses
