On January 21, the Shenzhen M&A Fund Alliance announced its official establishment, marking the first financial industry organization in the country led by M&A funds, which will help create a "Shenzhen highland" for the M&A and restructuring industry. During the inauguration ceremony, CITIC Capital introduced its newly established 4 billion yuan M&A fund in cooperation with insurance capital in Shenzhen; the Shenzhen branch of Pudong Development Bank held a signing ceremony for M&A loans with MINDEO; the 2025 "Xiangmi Lake Finance +" special event was announced to be launched; and the Shenzhen Yishang City Fund Town officially held its unveiling ceremony.
