# SUNSEA issued a profit warning, expecting a net loss of 120 million to 160 million yuan for the fiscal year 2024

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SUNSEA (002313.SZ) released its performance forecast for 2024, expecting a net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company of between 120 million yuan and 160 million yuan for the entire year.

During the reporting period, the company's operating revenue showed overall growth, with significant increases in revenue from the wireless communication module business; however, the communication equipment manufacturing business and communication service engineering business experienced a decline in operating revenue due to intense market competition. Although the company has continuously promoted cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and the period expenses decreased year-on-year, the overall period expenses remain relatively high, and the gross profit generated by various businesses cannot effectively cover the period expenses, resulting in continued losses
