# Aoni plans to grant 3 million restricted shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Aoni Electronics (301189.SZ) has disclosed the draft of the 2025 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan, which proposes to grant a total of 3 million restricted shares to 31 incentive recipients (150,000 shares of the first type of restricted stock and 150,000 shares of the second type of restricted stock). The grant price for the first type of restricted stock is set at RMB 11.80 per share, and the grant price for the second type of restricted stock is also RMB 11.80 per share.

The announcement indicates that the validity period of this incentive plan is from the grant date of the first type of restricted stock and the grant date of the second type of restricted stock until the date when all the first type of restricted stock granted to the incentive recipients is fully released from restrictions or repurchased and canceled, and when all the second type of restricted stock is fully vested or becomes invalid, with a maximum duration of no more than 48 months
