# LME director Feng Zhenggang plans to reduce holdings by no more than 790,000 shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, LME (688589.SH) announced that director Feng Zhenggang plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 790,000 shares within three months starting from 15 trading days after the release of this announcement (excluding the period during which reduction is prohibited according to the regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Stock Exchange). The shares to be reduced account for no more than 0.65% of the company's total share capital
