# CCOOP GROUP issues a profit warning, expecting a net loss of 1.1 billion to 1.7 billion yuan for the fiscal year 2024

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CCOOP GROUP (000564.SZ) released its performance forecast for 2024, expecting a net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company of between 1.1 billion and 1.7 billion yuan for the entire year. During the reporting period, the company's non-recurring gains and losses were mainly due to losses from changes in the fair value of investment properties, gains from the write-off of overdue claims that were not asserted within the statute of limitations, gains from changes in the fair value of held trading financial assets, and investment income from the disposal of long-term equity investments, among others. These factors are expected to collectively increase non-recurring gains and losses by approximately 400 million to 600 million yuan year-on-year
