# JIANGSU JIEJIE MICROELECTRONICS received a warning letter from the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JIANGSU JIEJIE MICROELECTRONICS (300623.SZ) announced that it recently received a warning letter from the Jiangsu Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding "the decision to issue a warning letter to Jiangsu JIANGSU JIEJIE MICROELECTRONICS Co., Ltd. and related responsible persons" (〔2025〕21 号， hereinafter referred to as the "warning letter").

After investigation, from November 2021 to December 2024, the company transferred the funds for the purchase of equipment for fundraising projects from the company's special fundraising account to a general account, and then paid the suppliers for the equipment from the general account, totaling 186 million yuan, resulting in inaccuracies in the special report on the raised funds disclosed by the company during the aforementioned period
