# The National Radio and Television Administration: Online platforms are not allowed to launch and disseminate micro-short dramas that are not marked with a license

新華社報道，國家廣播電視總局正式發布「關於進一步統籌發展和安全促進網絡微短劇行業健康繁榮發展」的通知，要求落實「分類分層審核」制度。

通知要求，擬在平台首頁首屏首推推薦播出的微短劇，由國家廣電總局對完成片進行覆核。對重大題材或者涉及政治、軍事、外交、國家安全、統戰、民族、宗教、司法、公安等特殊題材的微短劇，按有關協審工作機制落實審核要求。微短劇的製作方、投流方、推廣平台、播出平台等均須對其製作或發布的宣傳推廣內容審核把關。

根據通知，網絡視聽平台、小程序、投流方等播出或引流、推送的所有微短劇，均須持有《網路劇片發行許可證》或完成相應上線報備登記程序。節目上線前須在片頭按相應格式要求標註《網絡劇片發行許可證》號或節目登記備案號。網絡視聽平台不得上線傳播未標註許可證或備案號的微短劇，也不得為其引流、推送。
