During the Spring Festival, the daily electricity consumption of the whole society in Zhejiang increased by 18% year-on-year

According to the news from State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. on February 8, during the Spring Festival, the total electricity consumption in Zhejiang reached 7.68 billion kilowatt-hours, with a peak electricity load of 52.06 million kilowatts and a daily average electricity consumption growth of 18% year-on-year. In terms of electricity consumption structure, the primary industry grew by 17.2% year-on-year, the secondary industry grew by 7.2%, and the tertiary industry grew by 15.3%, all showing an upward trend. The industrial electricity consumption in Zhejiang Province was 2.56 billion kilowatt-hours, with a daily average electricity consumption of 320 million kilowatt-hours, an increase of 7.6% compared to the daily average electricity consumption during last year's Spring Festival holiday, demonstrating a good trend of sustained production and robust supply and demand
