# ASIA AROMA plans to transfer 95% equity of its controlling subsidiary Haoli Rui at a price of 61 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ASIA AROMA (301220.SZ) announced that the company will transfer 95% of its equity in its holding subsidiary Kunshan Haoli Rui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haoli Rui") to Kunshan Chengdong Chemical Co., Ltd. The transfer price is RMB 61 million.

This equity transfer is a decision made by the company based on its overall strategic planning, aligning with the company's long-term development plan and interests.
