According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Airport Corp (600463.SH) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Guokai Financial Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Guokai Financial), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3 million shares, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding based on market price conditions, within 3 months from the 15th trading day after the announcement date, and within any continuous 90 days
