# OURPALM: Plans to change the purpose of repurchased shares to cancellation and reduce registered capital

On the evening of February 12th, OURPALM announced that the company's board of directors reviewed and approved a proposal to change the purpose of all 10.5843 million shares in the dedicated securities account from "used for equity incentive plans or employee stock ownership plans" to "used for cancellation and reduction of registered capital."
