According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Nanjing Shenghang Shipping (001205.SZ) announced that the company recently received resignation letters from Chairman Li Taoyuan, Directors Diao Jianming, Ding Hongbao, Li Lingyun, Independent Directors Shen Yi and Liu Chang, Non-employee Representative Supervisors Han Yun and Ji Yuling, and Chief Financial Officer Sui Fuyou. Among them, Li Taoyuan applied to resign from the positions of Chairman and Chairman of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, while still serving as a director of the company
