According to reports, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council is in the process of establishing a new central enterprise called "National Data Group," aimed at integrating and developing national-level data resources, promoting the interconnection and market-oriented allocation of data resources. This central enterprise will cover multiple key areas such as energy, transportation, finance, and healthcare, facilitating the cross-industry and cross-regional flow and sharing of data resources. This initiative aims to address the issues of decentralization and fragmentation of data resources, with the domestic data circulation market expected to reach a scale of 500 billion to 1 trillion yuan during the 14th Five-Year Plan period
