# CHAOZHUO AVIATION TECHNOLOGY appointed Yao Zhihua as Chief Financial Officer

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHAOZHUO AVIATION TECHNOLOGY (688237.SH) announced that it recently received a written resignation letter from Mr. Li Guangping, the Chairman and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Li Guangping resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer due to adjustments in his personal work responsibilities, but he will continue to serve as the Chairman of the company, a member and convener of the Board's Strategic Decision-Making Committee, and a member of the Compensation and Assessment Committee.

Upon the nomination of Mr. Li Yihan, the General Manager of the company, and after review and approval at the first meeting of the Audit Committee of the third Board of Directors in 2025 and the first meeting of the Nomination Committee of the third Board of Directors in 2025, the company held the thirtieth meeting of the third Board of Directors on February 14, 2025, where it approved the proposal to change the Chief Financial Officer. The Board agreed to appoint Ms. Yao Zhihua as the Chief Financial Officer of the company, with a term starting from the date of approval by this Board meeting until the end of the third Board of Directors' term
