# Jinfu Technology: CFO and Secretary of the Board Zhang Rui was administratively punished for not being involved in company matters

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jinfu Technology (300128.SZ) announced that Mr. Zhang Rui, the company's financial director and board secretary, received the "Administrative Penalty Decision" from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The main content states that due to the previous company’s failure to diligently verify in a financial advisory project, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the above decision to the relevant units and project supervisors, warning Mr. Zhang Rui and imposing a fine of 80,000 yuan.

The announcement stated that the subject of the above administrative penalty is not the company, and the matter involved is unrelated to the company. The company will select a new board secretary within one month in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 2 - Standardized Operations of Growth Enterprise Market Listed Companies."
