# TJSUD appointed Qi Ying as General Manager

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TJSUD (600322.SH) announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from General Manager Zhang Liang. Due to work adjustments, Zhang Liang proposed to resign from the position of General Manager. After resigning as General Manager, Zhang Liang will still serve as the acting Chairman and acting Chief Accountant of the company. The application for Zhang Liang's resignation as General Manager will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors.

The company agreed to appoint Qi Ying as the General Manager, with a term starting from the date of approval by the board of directors until the end of the current board's term. The company's board of directors nominated Qi Ying as a candidate for a non-independent director of the 11th board of directors. The term of the candidate director will be from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting until the end of the current board's term
