# HIFICHEM shareholder Huang Weishan plans to reduce holdings of no more than 4 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HIFICHEM (300758.SZ) announced that its shareholder Huang Weishan, who holds more than 5% of the shares, possesses 23,929,200 shares of the company (accounting for 5.8933% of the total share capital). He plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4 million shares (accounting for 0.9851% of the total share capital and 16.7160% of his holdings) through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date, starting from 15 trading days thereafter
