# Keanda's controlling shareholder Guo Fengming plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Keanda (002972.SZ) announced that Mr. Guo Fengming, the controlling shareholder holding 47.08% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 7.3453 million shares, or no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
