# Seagull plans to spend between 20 million and 40 million yuan to repurchase shares

According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, Seagull (002084.SZ) disclosed a plan to repurchase company shares. The amount for this repurchase will not be less than RMB 20 million (inclusive) and not exceed RMB 40 million (inclusive), with a repurchase price not exceeding RMB 4.34 per share. The repurchased shares will be used to implement the company's equity incentive plan.

As of the date of this announcement, the company has obtained a "Loan Commitment Letter" issued by the Guangzhou Panyu Branch of Bank of China, promising to provide special loan support for the company's share repurchase, with a maximum loan amount not exceeding RMB 36 million
