# GINWA's shareholder Xinyu Jinyu's shareholding has dropped to below 5%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GINWA (600080.SH) announced that on February 18, 2025, the company received a "Simplified Equity Change Report" issued by its shareholder Xinyu Jinyu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinyu Jinyu"). On February 18, 2024, Xinyu Jinyu reduced its holdings in the company by 133,500 shares (accounting for 0.035765% of its total holdings) through centralized bidding. After this equity change, the number of unrestricted circulating shares held by Xinyu Jinyu decreased from 18.797 million shares to 18.6635 million shares, and its shareholding ratio decreased from 5.04% to 4.999996%, no longer being a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company
