# KHtech plans to issue convertible bonds to raise no more than 500 million yuan

According to Zhitong Finance APP, KHtech (603052.SH) disclosed a plan to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects. The total amount of funds to be raised from this issuance of convertible bonds to unspecified objects is expected to not exceed 500 million yuan (inclusive). After deducting issuance costs, the net amount of funds raised will be used for the new composite materials project for lithium batteries (Phase I)
