According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on February 17, Shandong New Jufeng Technology Packaging Co., Ltd. increased its holdings in GAPACK (00468) by 22,522,606 shares, at a price of HKD 2.65 per share, for a total amount of approximately HKD 59.6849 million. After the increase, the latest number of shares held is approximately 1.361 billion shares, with the latest holding ratio at 96.75%.

Supplementary information: On January 21, 2025, the voluntary conditional general offer made on behalf of Jingfeng Holding Limited (the "Offeror") became unconditional in all respects, and Jingfeng Holding Limited acquired further interest in shares as a result of acceptance of the offer by the offer shareholders
