# Zhongxing BioTech plans to invest CNY 123 million to implement the industrialized bionic cultivation renovation project for Cordyceps sinensis

According to the Zhontong Finance APP, Zhongxing BioTech (002772.SZ) announced that in order to improve the company's diversified business layout, enhance its core competitiveness and profitability, and expand future development space, its wholly-owned subsidiary Shaanxi Zhongxing Gaoke Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongxing Gaoke") plans to transform the original enoki mushroom production line, investing in the implementation of the "Cordyceps militaris factory-based bionic cultivation renovation project." The project will upgrade the old factory and equipment with a net value of approximately 95.8686 million yuan, with an expected additional investment of 123 million yuan, including fixed asset investment of 104 million yuan. The project renovation period is 12 months
