# SHIRONGZHAOYE's subsidiary Jiangxi Fengyuan plans to invest in a combined heat and power centralized heating project to enhance market competitiveness

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHIRONGZHAOYE (002016.SZ) announced that recently, its subsidiary Jiangxi Fengyuan Thermal Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiangxi Fengyuan" or "Party B") signed a "Cooperation Framework Agreement" with the People's Government of Linwu County (referred to as "Party A"). Jiangxi Fengyuan plans to jointly establish a combined heat and power project joint venture with relevant enterprises and government platform companies in Linwu County, investing in the construction of a centralized heating project for combined heat and power generation.

It is reported that the first phase of the project plans to invest 420 million yuan, while the investment scale for the second phase will be specified in the project's supplementary agreement. The project plans to build 4×130t/h ultra-high pressure circulating fluidized bed boilers + 3×18MW back-pressure generator sets. According to the lithium battery industry development plan, the first phase will construct 3×130t/h boilers + 2×18MW generator sets, built in stages according to actual steam demand, with a maximum supply capacity for 60,000 tons of lithium carbonate production; the second phase will add 1×130t/h boiler + 1×18MW generator set, with a total of 4 boilers and 3 generator sets constructed in both phases, supplying steam for 110,000 tons of lithium carbonate production, with the specific construction scale adjusted in a timely manner according to the actual steam demand of the park.

In recent years, the Linwu County government has focused on the full chain and cluster development goals of the lithium battery new energy industry, signing strategic cooperation agreements with several strong enterprises to streamline key materials for lithium batteries, advanced energy storage, solid-state batteries, tailings, and comprehensive utilization of lithium residues. The signing of this cooperation framework agreement can fully leverage the respective advantages of both parties, actively promote the sharing of advantageous resources, create a good situation of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, and is conducive to enhancing the company's market competitiveness and industry visibility in the centralized heating field
