On February 19th, Jinshi Data reported that Ziel Home Furnishing Technology announced that the company plans to use its own funds and bank repurchase special loans to repurchase shares through centralized bidding transactions, for the implementation of employee stock ownership plans or equity incentive plans. The total amount of funds for this share repurchase will not be less than 50 million yuan and will not exceed 100 million yuan, with a repurchase price not exceeding 28 yuan per share
