# MINDEO: The company has obtained a loan commitment letter from the Shenzhen Branch of Hua Xia Bank

MINDEO announced that as of January 31, 2025, the company has repurchased a total of 150,500 shares through a special securities account for share repurchase via centralized bidding, accounting for 0.0879% of the company's current total share capital, with a maximum transaction price of RMB 17.75 per share and a minimum transaction price of RMB 17.08 per share, totaling RMB 2.6025 million. Recently, the company obtained a loan commitment letter from the Shenzhen Branch of Hua Xia Bank Co., Ltd., with a loan amount not exceeding RMB 20 million, a loan term not exceeding 3 years, and the loan purpose specifically for repurchasing the company's listed shares. The actual loan amount and the amount of funds already repurchased shall not exceed the upper limit of this repurchase plan
