According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SSAW Hotels & Resorts (301073.SZ) announced that its holding secondary subsidiary Nanjing Junhui Investment Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Junhui Investment") has jointly signed the "Limited Partnership Agreement of Guangdong Huajun Xinyun Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership)" with Shenzhen Linghui Industrial Co., Ltd. and the professional investment institution Huaneng Guicheng Trust Co., Ltd. (representing "Huaneng Trust · SSAW Stable Income Collective Fund Trust Plan") to jointly invest in the establishment of the partnership Guangdong Huajun Xinyun Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership).

The total subscribed capital contribution of this partnership is 108.81 million yuan. Among them, Huaneng Guicheng Trust Co., Ltd. (representing "Huaneng Trust · SSAW Stable Income Collective Fund Trust Plan") as a limited partner has a subscribed capital contribution of 90.23 million yuan; Junhui Investment as a limited partner has a subscribed capital contribution of 18.48 million yuan; and Shenzhen Linghui Industrial Co., Ltd. as a general partner has a subscribed capital contribution of 100,000 yuan.
