On February 20th, the State Council conducted its twelfth special study with the theme of "insisting on combining consumption promotion and benefiting people's livelihoods, and vigorously boosting consumption to expand domestic demand." Premier Li Qiang pointed out that it is essential to closely align with residents' needs and fully tap into China's enormous consumption potential. There should be a strong promotion of service consumption, comprehensively enhancing the supply levels in areas such as education, healthcare, culture, sports, tourism, elderly care, and housekeeping services, particularly focusing on addressing the aging population and promoting the urbanization of the agricultural transfer population, accelerating the filling of corresponding service gaps.
