SCMC announced that the company plans to sign a new product sales contract with Shanxi Coal Investment, with the seller being the company and the buyer being Shanxi Coal Investment, for a total contract amount of 52.4031 million yuan. The original contract counterparty was Shaanxi Xinneng Lianhui Technology Co., Ltd., which changed its business model to operational leasing, and the equipment required will be purchased by Shanxi Coal Investment and then leased. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset reorganization
