According to the Zhitong Finance APP, XINAO TEXTILE (603889.SH) announced that Liu Peiyi, the company's director and executive vice president, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 220,000 shares, accounting for approximately 0.0301% of the total shares of the company, due to personal funding needs, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement (the window period does not allow for share reduction)
