According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SUNHERE (300452.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shanghai FOSUN PHARMA Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "FOSUN PHARMA"), holding 10.20% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 6.978 million shares, or no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading within 90 days after the announcement, from March 18, 2025, to June 15, 2025
