# QTEDU's subsidiary plans to sell a 32% stake in Industry Internet for CNY 628,700

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, QTEDU (300359.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong QTEDU Technology Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "QTEDU Technology") intends to sell its 32% equity stake in QTEDU Industrial Internet (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Industrial Internet") to Qian Yaoxiang, with a transaction price of 628,700 yuan. This transaction is expected to increase the company's net profit for the year of disposal by approximately 136,800 yuan
