According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FOCUS LIGHTINGS (300708.SZ) announced that the company recently received a dividend of 122 million yuan from its wholly-owned subsidiary FOCUS LIGHTINGS Technology (Suqian) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "FOCUS LIGHTINGS Suqian") for the year 2024. The aforementioned profit distribution will increase the net profit of the parent company's financial statements for the year 2025, but will not increase the net profit of the consolidated financial statements for the year 2025, therefore, it will not affect the overall operating performance of the company in 2025
