# LIFERIVER: Plans to implement the 2025 valuation enhancement plan

On the evening of February 25, LIFERIVER announced that from January 1 to December 31, 2024, the closing price of the company's stock has been below the audited net assets per share attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the most recent accounting year for 12 consecutive months, which falls under the circumstances that require the formulation of a valuation enhancement plan. On February 24, 2025, the company's board of directors reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Valuation Enhancement Plan for 2025." In 2025, the company plans to enhance its investment value through measures such as improving operational efficiency and profitability, actively implementing share repurchases, maintaining continuous cash dividends, strengthening investor relations management, enhancing the quality of information disclosure, establishing a sound long-term incentive mechanism, actively seeking merger and acquisition opportunities, and encouraging controlling shareholders, actual controllers, directors, and senior management to hold the company's shares for the long term
