Future Electrical announced that Chairman Mo Jianping resigned from his position due to personal reasons but will continue to serve as a director of the company. Mo Jianping directly holds 17.9532 million shares of the company, accounting for 12.82% of the total share capital. The company's board of directors has elected Mo Wenyiyi as the new chairman, who directly holds 53.7572 million shares, accounting for 38.4% of the total share capital, and also holds 77,900 shares indirectly, bringing his total shareholding to 38.45% of the total share capital. Lou Yang was elected as the vice chairman of the company, holding a total of 4.2495 million shares directly and indirectly, accounting for 3.04% of the total share capital.
