The business scope includes: scenic area management; management services for commercial complexes; planning and consulting for tourism development projects; leasing of non-residential real estate, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Zhejiang Zhongqing International Travel Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CYTS, among others
