# Farsoon: Xingwang Construction plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 2%

On the evening of February 27th, Farsoon announced that its shareholder Hunan Xingwang Construction Co., Ltd., which holds 21.94% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 8.2834 million shares through block trading within three months after 15 trading days
