# CHANT GROUP plans to sign a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Zhongke Xinkong Technology

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHANT GROUP (002616.SZ) announced that the company (Party A) intends to sign a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Zhongke Xinkong (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (Party B). Both parties hope to promote the digital transformation and intelligent upgrade of the industry through cooperation, empower the sustainable development of the industry, and extend to areas in need. Both parties agree that Party A will acquire 49% equity of Beijing Zhongke Xinkong Big Data Co., Ltd. In the future, both parties will use the target company as a cooperation platform, leveraging each other's resources and institutional advantages to collaborate around the cooperation direction to promote the business development of the target company
