E-HUALU announced that the company's vice president Gu Tongyu plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 65,500 shares through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, accounting for no more than 0.0091% of the total share capital. As of the announcement date, Gu Tongyu holds 262,200 shares of the company, accounting for 0.0364% of the total share capital
