# Guanhao High-tech: Li Fei resigns from the position of General Manager

According to the announcement from Guanhao High-tech (600433.SH), the company's board of directors received written resignation applications on February 28, 2025, from Chairman, General Manager, and Legal Representative Li Fei, and Vice General Manager Feng Mingdong. Due to work adjustments, Li Fei resigned from the position of General Manager, and Feng Mingdong resigned from the position of Vice General Manager.

According to the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, the resignation applications of Li Fei and Feng Mingdong will take effect from the date they are delivered to the company's board of directors. After resigning from the above positions, Li Fei will continue to serve as Chairman and Legal Representative of the company; Feng Mingdong will no longer hold any position in the company
